(1)         Make healthy recipes for Santa (with the Doctor’s suggested sources)

 

To help Santa get back to health, you have decided to start with his diet. However you are not sure what you should cook for Santa. You then write the family doctor an email, asking for his advice. In the doctor’s email, he said:

(2)   Help Santa to get some exercises (with the Doctor’s suggested sources)

 

Santa is eating healthy now but he still sits in front of the T.V. for most of the time. You think he should do some exercises to get fit for present giving. So you write the family doctor another email, asking what kind of exercise Santa should do. The doctor replied the email and said:
